Thank you for your support of the Logan-Rogersville Educational Foundation.  Our mission is to promote educational excellence in the Logan-Rogersville school system and community by generating financial resources from private funds to provide support for our students, faculty, and organizations.

We continue to grow the LREF Foundation and need your help.  Our annual fundraising event LREF Hats Off for Kids, will be February 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the White River Conference Center.

Event History

The first LREF fundraising event, the Wildcat Gala, was held in 2005 at Highland Springs Country Club. Since then, we have raised nearly $675,000 for Logan-Rogersville schools. In 2014, the event was renamed to the Denim & Diamonds gala and relocated to the White River Conference Center at Bass Pro.

Money donated to LREF is placed in an endowment fund, and the income generated is used each year to enhance the curriculum of our students, purchase supplies and equipment for the Logan-Rogersville R-VIII School District, establish scholarships for both students and teachers, and supplement student fund-raising activities for trips and competitions.

By supporting the Logan-Rogersville Educational Foundation, you have a great opportunity to give back and help us ensure that our schools have the resources they need to provide more meaningful educational experiences to our students. As a community, when we work together, the kids win.

Sponsorship Opportunities

A large portion of the funding for this event comes from generous community sponsors, ranging from our Gold sponsor, Citizens Bank of Rogersville, to table sponsorships. The silent and live auctions are the other piece of the fundraising pool, and we welcome donations of physical items, gift cards, trips or time-shares, and experiences (e.g. hunting trips).
